    ZM140 Mouse Monoclonal

Zeta Growth Hormone Antibody.  Zeta’s recombinant mouse antibody recognizes pituitary Growth Hormone (GH), which plays a crucial role in stimulating and controlling the growth, metabolism and differentiation of many mammalian cell types by modulating the synthesis of multiple mRNA species. The Growth Hormone effects are mediated by the binding of Growth Hormone to its membrane-bound receptor (GHR) and involve a phosphorylation cascade that results in the modulation of numerous signaling pathways. Growth Hormone is synthesized by acidophilic or somatotropic cells of the anterior pituitary gland. The antibody to Growth Hormone is a useful marker in classification of pituitary tumors and the study of pituitary disease (acromegaly).

Zeta Corporation is a leader in recombinant monoclonal IVD antibodies for immunohistochemistry (IHC) offering 400+ tumor and tissue specific relevant products developed by a pathologist for pathologists.  Visit Precision Recombinant Antibodies – IVD Antibodies – About Zeta Corporation (zeta-corp.com) to learn more about Zeta Corporation.
