    Soft Tissue Pathology
    1A4 Mouse Monoclonal

Zeta’s mouse monoclonal antibody (1A4) stains Actin (SMA) in smooth muscle cells found in vessel walls, gut wall, and myometrium. The Actin (SMA) antibody also stains myoepithelial cells in breast and salivary glands.  Additionally, Zeta’s Actin (SMA) antibody recognizes tumors arising from smooth muscles and myoepithelial cells.  Finally, the Actin antibody can also be used for monitoring total protein load on Western blots.
