Zeta MAX HRP Polymer Detection Kit with DAB

    ZD15

The Zeta Max HRP Polymer Detection Kit use anamplifying reagent (Zeta Max Amplifier) in conjunction with Zeta HRP Polymer (anti-mouse HRP/anti-rabbit HRP) to visualize mouse or rabbit primary antibodies. The Zeta Max detection is developed with unique amplifying reagent to offer better sensitivity for mouse primary antibodies. The Zeta HRP Polymer and the Zeta Max Amplifier reagents are ready-to-use and in convenient dropper bottles. The primary antibody specific to an antigen on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue section is detected by the Zeta Max Amplifier. The Amplifier reagent is then detected by Zeta HRP Polymer. The antigen sites are visualized with DAB chromogen/ substrate. The resulting chromogenic reaction can be visualized using light microscopy.
