FOXP1

    ZR333 Rabbit Monoclonal

Zeta FOXP1 Antibody.  Zeta’s recombinant rabbit antibody recognizes FOXP1 (Forkhead bOX Protein 1), a transcriptional repressor that plays an important role in the specification and differentiation of lung epithelium.  FOXP1 is an essential transcriptional regulatory of B cell development and acts with CTBP1 to synergistically repress transcription. FOXP1 plays an important role in the specification and differentiation of lung epithelium, and also acts cooperatively with FOXP4 to regulate lung secretory epithelial cell fate and regeneration by restricting the goblet cell lineage program. FOXP1 is useful in subclassification of DLBCL and a high cutoff (≥80%) for FOXP1 is needed to achieve high specificity for the ABC subtype.

Zeta Corporation is a leader in recombinant monoclonal IVD antibodies for immunohistochemistry (IHC) offering 400+ tumor and tissue specific relevant products developed by a pathologist for pathologists.  Visit Precision Recombinant Antibodies – IVD Antibodies – About Zeta Corporation (zeta-corp.com) to learn more about Zeta Corporation.
